Tapesnake Custom Graphix decal kits and other products are delivered by mail. You will get a tracking code for your dispatched order with which you can track your parcel, and collect it from the nearest Post Office or My Pickup Point parcel terminal.
Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis. The delivery time is about two weeks, but it can also be longer depending on other orders before yours, and the number of decal kits you have ordered. Please note that delivery times for customized graphics kits are usually longer.

Postage rate depends on your country. You can see the total handling expenses at the checkout before placing your order.

All Tapesnake webstore prices include VAT 24%. All prices and terms and conditions are valid until further notice.
Decal kits are manufactured based on the information you provide, so make sure to check all information on your order. Refunds and returns are only available for items with factory defects and our design errors. We also refund products that have been damaged in delivery.
CHANGING AND RETURNING PRODUCTS
We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged goods and products with manufacturing errors. Tapesnake Custom Graphix is liable for lost and damaged products. The customer is liable for products that are damaged when returned.
Returned items must be unused. If you notice an error in the product or it has been damaged in some way during delivery, please contact us at info[at]tapesnake.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you want to return or change the product you ordered, follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the product(s) and give the reason for the return.
2. Send the product back as a return parcel. In Finland you can leave the parcel in any Post Office free of charge, or leave it in a post box.

3. Remember to include the following information with the returned product: your contact details and order number, and a description of the flaw. If you want to change the product, also include information on what kind of replacing product you need (e.g. if the product you received was wrong). If you want your money returned, remember to include your bank details (Account holder’s name, IBAN account number, BIC/SWIFT code).
When we have received and handled your return, we will send you a replacing product free of charge. If you requested your money back, we will refund your purchase within 14 days.

Products’ actual colors may differ slightly from webstore illustrations. This is due to differences in monitor color and brightness restrictions and settings, and technical limitations in print quality.
If you want to use copyrighted material (pictures or text) of your own choice, you are liable for purchasing the licenses for their use. All used and referenced materials must be under public domain or you must have purchased a suitable license for using the material. Pictures and/or texts must not infringe anyone’s copyright, and must not contain any offensive material. Tapesnake Custom Graphix also holds the right to decline design requests that can potentially damage its brand and reputation.
The customer agrees to release Tapesnake Custom Graphix of any liability in potential copyright infringements. The customer is liable for all uploaded materials, as well as any obligations and compensations following copyright infringement claims.
The customer releases Tapesnake Custom Graphix of all potential obligations, liabilities of damage, and third party claims to the extent that this has not been restricted by the law. The customer agrees to compensate all expenses related to copyright infringements.
